Mods wont download vortex

Vortex won't download any mods. HELP. Hi! I'm using Vortex to download some mods for SSE, but when I click on the download button for Vortex, It doesn't do anything. That means you have a download dir, but the deploy is as far as i remember the game folder. I didn't like Vortex and installed mod organizer 2 which is in my eyes far more user friendly and easier.

So i ran into this issue after reinstalling FO4 on the D: Drive instead of the C: Drive. I loaded up Vortex to check on all my mods and got a deployment notification saying they needed to be on the same drive. I moved it over to the C: Drive, as well as moving the mod staging folder via Vortex. Now Vortex isnt making a fuss about anything but when i boot up FO4 still none of my mods are loaded in. use manual download, dont use vortex download I second this recommendation. Manager downloads have always felt slow to me. I have life time Premium, but I am still downloading files manually. Not because of speed, but because I do not like how mod managers create messy download folders, where nothing is in order, or properly archived. To begin, download all these mods by clicking either the "Vortex" button in the top right of the mod page or the "Mod Manager Download" button on the files tab. Once all the files are in Vortex, install them and ensure the mods are deployed.
